bandwidth monitoring: take a look at http://www.bandmin.org - runs quite 
fine. installs ipfwdadm (ip packet filtering) to monitor the traffic. keep 
in mind that it can only monitor ip addresses, not virtual hosts. but that 
is better than nothing. :-)
