HI Greg,
I was the one who handled his email.
The problem with his server is CNAME.
Raq 2's sendmail will not work with CNAME entries in your DNS record.
If you are having the same problem, you should check your DNS for CNAME
records and replace them with 'A' records. This will solve your aliases
problem.
