[cobalt-users] Blank Subjects on List

Has anyone else received mail from the list where the subject, from and to
fields appear blank? I'm reading with Outlook 2000 and this is the only mail
I get where this occurs. The entire header displays in the message window,
(it's not supposed to), and the only thing I see that may be common to them
is the field:
Content-Type: text/plain;
	charset="x-user-defined"
As opposed to the normal:
Content-Type: text/plain;
	charset="iso-8859-1"
I'm also unable to reply to any of those messages as it generates an error.
Clicking reply also leaves the To: field blank in those situations.

IIRC, I used to see some strange behavior in the MS Outlook Express
newsreader when the message had the same Content-Type header.
The most recent message with this problem was:
