Hey Guys,

Thanks for the prompt response.  I've deleted the .dsteel.pop file but I'm
still having trouble.  After deleting the file I am trying to check this
users email from my office (which has a high speed connection to the
internet) and the message I'm receiving in outlook express is that the pop
server has not responded for 60 seconds, do you want to contiue waiting?  I
click on wait (three times) and then cancel the operation.  The next time I
tried to check this account I receive the error message "-ERR
/var/spool/mail/.dsteel.pop lock busy!"  again.
