Hello-

Does anyone know what exactly a full backup contains and if we were to
restore from it what would be restored? Are the users backed up...

We use the GUI automated backup and do a full backup, but is that backup
really enough as the size of the backup file seems a little small
compared to the server. I know that it does not backup system files, but
if we at least were to restore from it would the sites and userlists be
instact?
