Thank you. I didn't have receive mail checked in the GUI for the domain. It
now works.

Your DNS configuration doesn't match your mail server settings.
Sendmail is looking for the correct server to forward mail for
nyap106.org and it is finding itself, but you haven't configured
sendmail to accept that mail.
If that server is supposed to accept mail for that domain, then you
need to put it in /etc/sendmail.cw and restart sendmail. Otherwise
you need to fix your DNS settings.
There is probably a way to do this through the gui, but I am not much
of a gui user.
