The bad service and support is going to kill their stock value.  Look at it
today, granted all of Nasdaq did bad, but it was down $15 per share.  It
stabilized around 145... shot up to 175... and now is at 115$.  With
Gateway and the other companies now releasing their own "server appliance"
machines (I just got my add for Gateway's today in the mail)... I expect
their stock price to drop even further.

If only they took better care of their customers!!
