When we first purchased our RAQ 2 (a couple months before the IPO), I called
with a few preliminary questions about setup. I waited on hold a few
minutes, but then I got all my questions answered rather quickly.
Then again, my questions were pretty simple. Some days, you get questions
that can be answered right off the top of your head, and in the same day,
you may get one that required hours or days of shking people in different
departments for answers.
Frankly, I've seen some of the best support come from the rest of the RAQ
owners on this list. Usually, I'll pose a question and then dig around
(more) at deja.com for the answer if it's not answered here.
Good luck
Joe
