[cobalt-users] Moving Sites

Although I haven't yet decided on a new host for a RAQ2, when I do, I'm
going to have to move my client sites over. What is the best way to
accomplish this? I've looked at the "restore" function, but I'm not quite
sure how that will work moving to a newer RAQ2 with the latest updates.
Would it be best to use Telnet to get the data moved over?
If so, how?
