We are a Japanese company and use Sage for our remote hosting. Their service
is good. I would say excellent except that they can be slow to reply to
technical questions because they have a large customer base. I have had no
problems whatsoever as far as any payment/billing/downtime matters are
concerned.

I would recommed Sage on 2 basis. #1 Though I haven't had any emergencies
which would test their support staff, I would say they are capable in
technical matters. #2 They are a large company owned by Interliant and I
would say that you have no worries about them changing their co-hosting
policies.
