Hi Cain.

That file, devkit-0.4.mips.pkg, sounds like its a RPM. You might wanna
try to rename it (mv <file> <file>) to devkit-0.4.mips.rpm and then
telnet in and run "rpm -U devkit-0.4.mips.rpm"
