I recently had a similar problem, i.e. one certain domain confused as to
which IP number to accept mail for. After fifteen stabs in the dark, I
restarted the DNS server, and that solved it. If you run your own DNS on
your RaQ2, try "/etc/rc.d/init.d/named start". It worked for me.
