RE: [cobalt-users] Spammers forging my email address - Urgent

Dan,

As the owner of nodomain.com, my domain get's forged in countless emails,
guestbooks, newsgroups, etc. www.deja.com found 1118 messages from various
people claiming to be "nobody@xxxxxxxxxxxx" when I checked the other day.
My best method for fighting it is to either reply as a potential customer
(from another email @ another domain, of course) and get to a point where I
know I'm yelling at the right person OR use another means of tracking the
real sender down.

Once I get ahold of the culprit, I usually call them up and ask why they
forged the headers and, when necessary, have my attorney draft a letter to
the offending party. Most times, you never hear from them again.
