Yes, I am pretty sure that it does.  I have a RaQ1 and am running a
commercial Perl script that uses flock.  I think the RaQ1 Perl was at 5.04
and the RaQ2 is at 5.05, and I think both support flock.  Any chance you are
looking at dbMan?
