You can hit
kill -HUP `pidof /usr/sbin/httpd`
to reboot the server :)

How do I make changes to srm.conf take effect? When I make changes to
httpd.conf I have to I run /etc/rc.d/init.d/httpd.init restart. This
doesn't appear to make the changes take effect in srm.conf. Rebooting the
server worked, but seemed like overkill. All I did was add a RewriteCond
and RewriteRule statement.
