[cobalt-users] RAQ2 -Attempting to login as SU getting error

I'm attempting to login a RAQ2 server as su - and I get this error:

su: cannot set groups: Operation not permitted

and it goes back to the admin user.  Does anyone know why this is happening
and how to fix it or get around it?
