I make changes to the records file directly by telnetting to my server and
editing it with pico.  Then I go into the Cobalt GUI DNS area and click on
save changes to update the pri.* files.  You can accomplish the same thing
by updating the records file and executing the proper cgi program, but I
don't know what it is off-hand.  There is no point in updating the
individual pri.* files since they are created from the records file
automatically when you "save changes" or eexcute the right cg file.
