[cobalt-users] Help. No users can ftp their sites

For some reason, none of the virtual admin users can ftp their sites. When
you log into one of the raq servers, as a virtual admin user, you get the
/users/username/web directory as /web. When I try to change the directory
to /web, it still goes into the /users/username/web directory. Why is this
? None of my other cobalt raq servers do this. Normally, when you login,
your first login directory is /users/username/web and you can go to /web.
Well now you can't. You can go /web but it doesn't go into /web, it goes
into /users/username/web. Any ideas?? need help asap.
