Is this about the http headers? I doing a
print "Content-type: text/html\n\n\n\n";
just to make sure the header is right, and still get the error.. What else
can it be?

You might want to check the ownership setting for the script. Make sure it's
not set to NOBODY - if it is, try setting it to ADMIN and refresh/rerun the
script - we have seen this error pop-up after applying one of the recent
cobalt security updates and this fixed the problem.
