[cobalt-security] installs

At present I have the following items installed on my company's new
RaQ3:

Cobalt OS Release 5.0
RaQ3-SecurityRelease 1.1
RaQ3-Update-OS Release 1.0
PHP Release 4.0p1

For a relatively large organization + heavy outside trafic to the
server, does anyone think list meets the minimum extra security installs
that I should make or update?  Would anybody else strongly suggest
installing anything in addition?
