take a look at "maintenance > install software". the updates are listed as

"RaQ3E-Update-OS Release 2.0"
"RaQ3-SecurityRelease 2.2"

download:

i think they're in the same dir on ftp.cobalt.com:

ftp://ftp.cobalt.com/pub/packages/raq3/eng/RaQ3E-Update-OS-2.0.pkg
ftp://ftp.cobalt.com/pub/packages/raq3/eng/RaQ3-Security-2.2.pkg
