[cobalt-developers] two admins on a site one for the site and another a specific directory

Hello everyone....    little problem.

When i setup a virtual site i'll create a admin user for the whole site, now
i also want to create for the same virtual site another admin-user (and this
is important) which has only access to a certain specified directory and
that directory alone.
How can i do that....
