127? do you happen to have an autoincrement column (as primary key for
example) with type smallint? if so, change it to int.

No, it's a very small table: text only with 127 items.

I looked at the error I received and checked it out at mysql.com. It appears
to be a bug.

The error is:  #1062 - Duplicate entry '127' for key 1
