If you are looking for a rack mount PC about the size of a RaQ3, have a look
at the LaCie Ethernet disk;

It doesn't have a CD or floppy, but if you lift the lid you could attach
them.  It does have the BIOS, and ports for keyboard, monitor and mouse.
