[cobalt-developers] Control panel add-on

We're trying to add functions to our RAQ550 control panel on siteadmin.
Does any one know where I can get more information on how to add to the
control panel? We currently have a few PHP pages that get user email sizes,
logs and control SPAM, but would like to add to the control panel.
