The applicance concept that Cobalt introduced is a great idea; there doesn't
seem to be a whole lot of options now, minus Plesk/Ensim, and Webmin (which
conceptually isn't anywhere near an appliance, and I've never been a huge fan
of it anyway).

Does the Amoebasoft unit come with its own web interface?

Something I'd be really keen to see is manafacturers building 1RU servers with
Qbalt shipped on it once it's working effectively, and then having their
developers contribute back into the same codebase.  Cobalt's always had a
close community; why break it up into little commercial segments?

(What the hell happened to the Xoasis, anyway?)
