This means there is a syntax error in the xml that was exported from the
current state of the machine which is used to detect conflicts. If you just
have to add this site and know there will be no conflicts you can skip the
conflict resolution phase, I forgot the option, it should be in the help text.
Also if you could email a copy of the cmuScanout.xml.<pid> that is in your
working directory, I will attempt to find out what didn't scanout properly.
