I never said you did, Gerald. I agree that I posted the example from
your post whereas I should have taken the time to find the original.
But anyone who can count ">" marks would know you didn't write it. Next
time I'll be more careful to not leave your name in an attribution.

I was aware of that when I replied as well, Gerald. I responded because
no one had yet explained what "no route to host" meant, so the archives
would have had just one more post without a final answer.
I responded because I could add to the thread exactlly what no route to
host meant.
