Search the Cobalt Developers Archives. Try this page http://list.cobalt.com/pipermail/cobalt-developers/2003-January/thread.html and look for "ideal backup method". You'll see that raqbackup is not recommend on a RaQ 550.

Does anyone know of any GNU or free software for making complete backups and
restorations of cobalt servers? I use custom written software now to
backup, but it's time consuming when I've had to restore.
