Do you have a terminal (e.g. a pc with a serial connection). Then you
could get in and see what's going on -- though if this is the first
time your dealing with it - it may not help. 

It might also be you are trying to enable features for sites that are
still disabled at the server level. If you are getting in as the
server admin and all the features are enabled you might do best to
start over.
