Sorry, but "not supported" and "does not work" are two different matters. :o)
Apparently 512 MB DIMMs were not readily available when the RaQ4 was designed
so it wasn't tested but the motherboard will support 2 x 512 MB DIMMs. We had
this discussion just recently on another mailing list (cobalt-facts).
Just make sure to use two 512 meg sticks of PC 133 CL2 Non-Parity RAM and you
should do just fine.
