Pkgmaster.com has an email to admin or webmaster on it.  That is Taco.  He 
told me a while back that he was planning a few updates shortly, but I 
haven't seen any.

In April he said:
"I lost my job in December 2002... I have a new (busy) job now, and therefore
have less time. Combined witth the fact I am currently moving between
houses, makes my available time reduce to zero.
But I will revamp the site with some new releases VERY soon"
