I think you already have these?
For example, /usr/sausalito/ui/libPhp/ArrayPacker.php is owned by package
"sausalito-palette"
(use "rpm -qif <filename>" to find which rpm owns a particular file.)
and package sausalito-palette is in
ftp://ftp.cobalt.sun.com/pub/products/qube3/OS-6.4/RPMS/
I haven't checked all of them, but it's a place to start looking :)
