You would probably get better help in the users list.
How do you know that the system is set up correctly?
How many domains are on the server?
Which domain are you talking about?
What do you have for:
Host?
domain?
web alias?
email alias?

Who provides the dns?
what is a user name / email for testing?

At times when we have problems we all look at our own work with rose 
colored glasses and fail to see our mistakes.
