That is odd, was user test the -n option?  It should say that "Could not get
oid for user newuser."   After the user is created it gets the user OID to be
able to set the namespaces in CCE.   But I have made some changes to RaQ550
shell tools in the last few weeks to fix some bugs and there is a chance I
broke something else. 

Anyone else seen this?
