I've got the latest version running on a Raq2. A shopping cart that I
bought required it to work with Authorize.net. If you're asking whether
it will install and run on a Raq, then the answer is yes. I don't have
a Raq4, so I don't know if it comes pre-installed already. You might
want run a phpinfo and check. Perhaps someone else can step in to
verify...
