It might be safe to do. You should look at the upgrade_me (or similar) script
to see if it does anything else besides installing the rpm's. If it does,
you may want to see if any of those commands are desired.
You'll also need to setup the files in /var/lib/cobalt so that the security
package is detected for future updates and so that it shows up in the GUI.
Are you sure you can't install it from the GUI? Makes life much easier...
