We've had pretty consistent problems on our Raq-4's with domains giving
this error until we manually enter them in the list under the main
control panel.
We use separate (non-Cobalt) DNS servers and know that DNS is set up
correctly in each case and our Raq-4's are always patched to current
updates. Manually adding the domain to the email control panel list
always fixes the problem.
Something must be broken in the Raq-4 site admin GUI scripts.
Our Raq-3's have never had this problem, but we've had to add a
procedure to our site setup checklist to verify that the domain shows up
under the control panel on the Raq-4's after we set them up. Extra work
but seems to be necessary.
While on the subject of Sendmail, anybody know when PkgMaster.com will
have updates to Sendmail 8.9.3-PM2 and Sendmail 8.10.2-PM2 to address
the latest security issue?
Thx,
Paul

I have seen this message for either of two reasons:
1) the DNS pointer for the mail server is a CNAME, remove and make it an
"A" address.
2) in the email settings of the control panel the domain is not set to
receive mail, add to list.
Hope this helps?
Pete
