Thanks, Peter. Unfortunately I'd changed server name in the gui a few
times and the last time I'd left it at raq41.nobaloney.net, so I
couldn't tell if one of these had been wrong.
However, I just changed it back to raq41.example.com, and this time it
appears to have taken in all the files. More importantly, it appears to
have taken in the mail from the server and in the cert and csr
generation.
