[cobalt-developers] raqbackup

I am trying raqbackup for the first time.

I am not sure if everything worked OK.  I got an error concerning the
cmuExport. Could someone please take a look at this and let me what I need
to thanks.  The resulting tar.gz files were only 270k each.
