Hi Adam,
it depends on the traffic you expect. In general your RaQ4 should be able to handle 200
webs on 512 MBytes of RAM. You shouldn't use less memory.
Lets say if you expect 1 GByte traffic per web and month your RaQ won'T be able to handle this,
but if you expect - say 250 MBytes per web and month it might work fine.
We have a RaQ4r with 150 Webs and some high-traffic-webs and it works really good.
