I don't know much about the 550 but here is the point:
you have 41 MySQL, 21 ASP, 58 HTTP, 6 http.admsrv,
and 47 java/sdk processes running. You have to cut back
on this processes or your server will go down one morning.
Check your httpd.conf for min/max server, also check MySQL
and java/sdk configuration for min/max processes.
