If you have a Raq4 then you need to have the PostgreSQL
database (should be running with 1 process as "postmaster")
but you could turn off Interbase in inetd.conf
You also can tweak your httpd.conf a little bit so that
it doesn’t load stuff you don't need.
If you have sites using JSP you will need Java SDK.
As Glenn said, take a look at the min/max processes.
