[cobalt-developers] OT ? Interbase - how to have auto email when db date value is current date

Hi all,

In case that didn't fit into the subject line -

We run Interbase from the factory install of our RAQ4R - any got some
tips on how to automatically send an email when a database date value is
the current date.

For example employee data is entered into a table, one of those fields
is a medical examination. Simply it is a date when the employee is due
for another medical examination. 

When the medical expiry date value equals the current date, I would like
an email to go to the office manager stating this person is now due for
an examination.
