FYI,
I use Arkeia 5 to backup my 2 Cobalt Raq 4's.
I uninstalled the default Arkeia 4 client on the Raq 4 using:
rpm -e arkeia-client
then installed the rpm file from Arkeia's website for Redhat 6.x using:
rpm -Uvh arkeia-5.0.14-1.i386.rpm
The backup server is remotely located behind a firewall. Its a Redhat
Linux 6.2 machine. I backup to a RAID array of 240 Gb, not to tape.
