[cobalt-developers] Building a RaQ 550 package?

Hi,

I have a bunch of updated software for the RaQ 550 that I'd like to
release as Cobalt packages. Right now I just have RPMs. What is the
easiest way to convert these into packages? I don't see myself needing
all of the user interface stuff. (I would just release the RPMs, but
some are dependent on others and must be installed in a certain order...
it would be nicer to present these in a unified package.)
