[cobalt-developers] Broke httpd,Qube 3 HELP!!!!

Working on my Qube 3 pro server I broke something....

This error is what I get
I am unable to get into the https://  on port 81 as well
A friend of mine was helping me with installing some security
and adding weblizer, or trying to....
and he accidentally did this after he was done
as he said cleaning up extra files....
and accidentally deleted some files....
he said he del some extra lib files by adding an extra * and all h*** broke
loose
Got e-mail back up after that....
Now we get this:                IDEAS ???
[root@www ~]# /etc/rc.d/init.d/httpd restart
