Get the PHP RPM from the Restore CD?

That would probably be the easiest way!  It is NOT hard to get PHP 4.3.0
on a RaQ 550.  I've done (www.nuonce.net) and SolarSpeeds does it too.

Just need to watch where you put all of your files, and what you name
them!

I have installed PHP 4.3 on a cobalt raq 550 but doing so has taken down 
the admin interface.  How can I restore PHP 4.06 so this will work again?
