[cobalt-developers] now who at sun/cobalt thinks this if funny.... (updating kernels)

hi,
forgive me the rough tone, but... <frustration>

just checked some updated q3's (recent kernel patch to 2.2.16C33)
now they don't even include /usr/src/linux/include anymore - therefore
basic compiles are mess.

next thing: Will DeHaan from sun/cobalt a few months ago shared his
wisdom in finding the kernel-source in order to get modules compiled
for (pretty uncommon) pci-cards like 3c905 and so on. (for C32 then)

but someone (who the heck?) at sun/cobalt decided that it was time
to not provide sources anymore - any _current_ sources for the qube3
(yes I searched the whole ftp.cobalt.sun.com)...

now, besides telling customers why their recommended sun-update made
their current networksetup disfunctional...

please - if someone knows where to find it share your wisdom in order
to get linux-2.2.16C33_III+VPN as a source....

and finally: why is it sooo hard to simply compile a few more modules?

</frustration>

thx
