Could it be the Qube is configured to fetch e-mail from a remote server
?
Are you sure the DNS server setting in the Qube are pointing to it's own
(internal) ip address ?
Just a few thoughts....
AM monitoring is Active Monitor. Active Monitor is the software
component that actively monitors the appliance and the services that are
turned on, and (tries to) restart(s) them if they are not running
The DNS entries look fine to me.
